INGREDIENTS
500 g apricots
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of sugar
25g butter
Vanilla ice cream
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Clean, remove the stones and cut the apricots in half.
3. Place the apricots, domed side up, in an ovenproof dish. Lightly heat the honey and sugar in a saucepan. Pour the mixture over the apricots in the dish. Sprinkle the apricots with pieces of butter. Bake for 15 minutes.
4. Leave to cool when removed from the oven. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
